Prices have risen sharply recently. It was my fault for not asking but I will not be returning. Shop complains to customers they only had "X" number of mechanics show for work..... gets old after the first not asking but I will not be returning. My son bought a car here back in March 2021. He bought and paid for extended warranty. His car had to have a transmission. The car was given to the Service Dept in early October and here it is December an and paid for extended warranty. His car had to have a transmission. The car was given to the Service Dept in early October and here it is December and the car has yet to be fixed. No one answers calls, gives honest results, return calls, nothing. We would not recommend this location to no one. They whether service cars that don't have warranty but fail to realize, we already paid the price of warranty in March to fix this issue so no reason to place us on the back burner like this. Ridiculous More

I had service at the quick lane expecting the work to be Ford Quality. At checkout I asked why my tires were not rotated. I was told that there was not a key for the wheels and they were not going to look t Ford Quality. At checkout I asked why my tires were not rotated. I was told that there was not a key for the wheels and they were not going to look through my vehicle for it. I do understand the reasoning for this but it would be nice to know at check-in that the key needs to be in the cup holder. Just don't do it. To add insult to injury, at check-out I reviewed my service printout and was shocked to see that the wrong oil had been added back to my vehicle. Poor service and I can't even trust the service to do the job correctly. I won't be back. More
