Very friendly staff. I called ahead to see if they took Carshield, which they said they did. Emergency situation; Landers was closest location. Didn't work out though. I had to pay $699 over the Carshield estimate for an alternator. Landers fixed my alternator, but charged an exorbitant price rather than work with the Carshield policy. I reached out to Carshield and Landers about the discrepancy in the cost. No response. Each blamed the other. Suggestion--don't use Carshield with the dealership, just bring $$$$. More
