Recall work Scheduled this service for a mandatory recall. Was told it would take four hours. I left the car at 10:30 AM and it was still not ready at 2 PM the next day. Also, I gave my address and contact information to two separate people who input it into the computer. When I picked up my car the envoy still had the wrong address. I decided to hit also have an oil change while it was there. I was told it would be $150. However when I picked it up I was charged $189. Not sure why they don’t even know the price of their own oil change. More

Great service I had an appointment on a Friday at 3:30pm to have my car serviced. Maintenance review I had my first maintenance appointment for an oil change a few weeks ago. The service advisor was very friendly and accommodating. I was pleased with I had my first maintenance appointment for an oil change a few weeks ago. The service advisor was very friendly and accommodating. I was pleased with service performed on my vehicle but I wasn’t pleased when I picked up my vehicle the interior door was dirty and greasy. I also noticed they didn’t used plastic seat covers because my leather seats were also dirty which disturbed me to a great deal. I would think a high end luxury dealership would be more cognitive to make sure the vehicle is clean before the owner picked it up. Also the car wash I received was inadequate. It was a rush job which should have done before I picked it up. I was not happy!! More
