Customer Service I have been getting service from this location for years. My experience Monday was awful. Customer Service was not good. I felt Rushed to pay my bill, Car was not ready when I walked outside, had to walk to my car when it was ready and my driver door was just left open. Staff just talked and looked at me with no concern. After all the money I spend at this location I expect great customer Service. My husband and I was upgrading next month, but after that experience we will be going to Mercedes Benz More

As soon as we walked in, the receptionist smiled really big and encouraged us to walk in. A gentleman in a suit (Dave) walked right up to us and shoot our hand. Next I took the car for a test drive and I fell in love. We decided to wait a few weeks and also shop around before going back. I texted Dave and told him I was going to look at a car and if it did not work out, then I would see him over the weekend. Well we went back! Dave was super friendly, very helpful and we drove a different car from the first time. We knew instantly that the car was the right fit for us. That feeling you get when it feels right! We went back to the office, negotiated a little bit and Dave was funny, sweet and just kind throughout the process. The whole dealership was accommodating and very down to earth. It made the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this dealership. Professional, clean and helped ease our "do we even belong here" fears. Ask to work with Dave, he's awesome! More
The worst customer service!! Dirty courtesy cars. For routine maintenance. Oil change and tire rotation. Say they top off all fluids. Super fluid ran out 2 days later. Price gou Dirty courtesy cars. Updates are done and not explained. Update added to mine was waving foot under back to open lift gate. Never even showed me or told me. Didn’t wash my new car at first Mainance. Had to ask for wash when I brought in for 2nd Mainance. Poor, poor , poor. Did will not and did not Lease another from this dealership because of the poor service. Period.I told Ira. He knows. He Doesn’t care either. 👎🏼 More
Perfectly fine service This could be a 5 star review but this dealership never seems to have valet service available and they aren’t close to my work or house. So that ends This could be a 5 star review but this dealership never seems to have valet service available and they aren’t close to my work or house. So that ends up adding about an 1 1/2hrs of my time to an oil change. My wife has an Audi and valet service is always available and very helpful. It’s just better that way. I will be looking to seeing they can service my Range Rover. This will factor into my next purchasing decision. It’s has happened several times now and is just disappointing. More

Darby in service was professional and courteous. Very convenient and very quick. I enjoyed complimentary beverages and snacks as I watched part of a golf tournament In the waiting area. Recall work Scheduled this service for a mandatory recall. Was told it would take four hours. I left the car at 10:30 AM and it was still not ready at 2 PM the n Scheduled this service for a mandatory recall. Was told it would take four hours. I left the car at 10:30 AM and it was still not ready at 2 PM the next day. Also, I gave my address and contact information to two separate people who input it into the computer. When I picked up my car the envoy still had the wrong address. I decided to hit also have an oil change while it was there. I was told it would be $150. However when I picked it up I was charged $189. Not sure why they don’t even know the price of their own oil change. More
