Customer Service is important, I was very disappointed. As a high end dealership I expected first class treatment. Horrible Experience Did not diagnose the problems with my Land Rover as asked. Instead gave me an estimate for tires and battery replacement. Also a part off my door was missing when I went to pick up my Land Rover. I questioned them about it and was told I brought it in that way. I told them no and that they took photos of it and they went back and reviewed and the part was on my door when brought in. I gave a review on Facebook and was told to contact Jerry the service manager. I did contact him and he was rude and not helpful. I will not be back and would not recommend anyone to Land Rover of huntsville. More

Leaving a message to get a scheduled service doesn't work. Going on line and scheduling a service doesn't work. Trying to get a service now it takes days to get one. I had my Range Rove in for service at 7:30 for multi-point checklist and tire rotation and got out at 1:38 is ridiculous. The tech went to lunch and when he got back it was done in 30 minutes or less. They charged me 24.93 for hazardous waste disposal is a joke. In talking to some of your employees the mood is awful compared to what it was before. Something has changed and it is not for the good. I have purchased multiple vehicles from there and referred multiple people to buy from here but this is not going to happen again until I try it again one more time. Someone needs to look up the definition of service. More

New Land Rover Discovery While shopping online for a Land Rover Discovery we discovered that Century had the lowest advertised price within a two hour radius of our home. Af While shopping online for a Land Rover Discovery we discovered that Century had the lowest advertised price within a two hour radius of our home. After negotiating with multiple dealerships on comparable models we found this to be accurate so we made the two hour drive. The only negative was that the vehicle that we had inquired about and were going to see had been sold. It would have been nice to have had this information communicated when I confirmed our appointment that morning, but it worked. Nelson was great to work with. He found several suitable subs for the vehicle that we were scheduled to look at and we found one that we liked better. Well worth the drive and we will return for our next purchase. More
