Absolutely one most unprofessional and arrogant dealerships I have experienced. Advertised price is not the price of a new RR. Yesterday, I was interested in buying a RR with MSRP of $152K. When I contacted them about purchasing, I was told they were selling for $182k. GM George Jones wrote me an email explaining that the "dealership was not tacky" and that "market conditions" warranted a $30k over invoice price, even though their website and other sites they advertise on shows a list of $152K. I just ordered one at another dealership. Yes, have to wait 4 months, not 9 months as George wrote in an email, but being treated with respect and not being asked to pay $30k over invoice. My experience rates this place as unprofessional and arrogant. Good luck. More

Every time I call for questions on how to get service or anything, I get a rude lady on the phone each time. Very condescending, very snooty and just plain rude. I never get my questions fulfilled because t anything, I get a rude lady on the phone each time. Very condescending, very snooty and just plain rude. I never get my questions fulfilled because the lady doesn’t ever understand the simple questions I’m asking so I just end the call. The very first time I called, a man answered my questions and didn’t really seem like he knew what he was telling me and just said I needed a brand new key from them when I already had one, so I guess I could spend $500 with them. So unfortunate and whoever that lady is, she needs better phone etiquette and communication skills. I’m hoping I can find another dealership close to me so I can take my service to them, if not, not sure what else I can do but I refuse to bring service to a rude business. More

When I needed my exhaust system worked on they sent me a video of the technicians diagnosis of my vehicles problems. On camera the technician told me what I had to do and what I could shelve for a later date. It was very helpful to have an image and an explanation. At Land Rover Huntsville service you are receiving accurate care with the latest technology from a caring staff. There are no hidden motives, just respectful and honest service!
