It's a 140 round trip for me to the dealership so I don't just "drop by" there. They told me to bring it up the next morning and I did. When I arrived they gave me a beautiful loaner car to drive and started to work on my car. Don (the service advisor) stayed in contact with me during the week. They also did 2 recalls while they had my car. Very professional, very attentive to our needs, and very aware that its a long drive to get service work done. There is none better as far as I'm concerned. More

Recent issue So, my RR stopped on the interstate, so I had it towed to Century. a few days later after several comments it might of run out of gas, they said it wa So, my RR stopped on the interstate, so I had it towed to Century. a few days later after several comments it might of run out of gas, they said it was a fuel pump, so I agreed, it was completed, paid $2,200 and picked up my nice very clean RR and I was on my way. 10 days later, the same thing happened. so I had it towed again back to century. This time, after they put $5 worth of fuel, they said it is a fuel gauge issue... because it did run out of gas.. that will cost a few hundred dollars. I believe it was wrongly diagnosed the first time, and basically I got ripped. Great people but I feel there is little point me even going back to them because they will deny that the first issue was the same as the second. I was thinking of trading it to another one as mine is 2 years old, or even a BMW, but I will go somewhere else who values me as a good customer. Sorry Century.. More
