Transmission replacement/transfer case repair Don Baker has done an exceptional job over the last 5 months running down a serious problem with the transmission and transfer case. When the initial Don Baker has done an exceptional job over the last 5 months running down a serious problem with the transmission and transfer case. When the initial replacement of both units did not fix the problem completely, he involved his boss and in turn, Land Rover NA to ensure the proper engineering folks got involved. They kept the vehicle for some time (and provided me a loaner throughout the process) and got the issues isolated and eventually repaired. I've had the Range Rover back a week now and no issues--thanks Don and Jerry and all your crew here in Huntsville and at HQ. I love this SUV and have always intended to keep it for some time (I kept my first Discovery for 10 years). This kind of effort will ensure I can do that. More
