Lorena was an outstanding service advisor. My vehicle was not even touch after being in the service department for a week. I was not aware until I called to check the status of my vehicle. No follow up was provided even after I made contact with t department for a week. I was not aware until I called to check the status of my vehicle. I have had my vehicle for over 6 years and this was the worse experience I have ever had. More
