The Advisor Zach took his time to explain my charges and what the ext warranty did and did my cover, the parts guy Mark Carrasco was very accurate on the price of the parts I had to pay for and the technici what the ext warranty did and did my cover, the parts guy Mark Carrasco was very accurate on the price of the parts I had to pay for and the technician Valentine Limon did an exceptional job in my vehicle and explained all the things I need to do to keep my vehicle in to to shape. I have always had excellent service at this dealership the only negative thing I can say is in regards to my 2020 Velar infotainment not being able to be updated because the new software isn’t compatible. the only negative thing I can say is in regards to my 2020 Velar infotainment not being able to be updated because the new software isn’t compatible. So I can’t even update my GPS. Terrible on Range Rovers side. More
