I took my Fpace to this dealership for service on the cooling system in September. My experience was the ABSOLUTE WORST service that I've ever had anywhere! First, they bill me $5,000 for repairs, but ne cooling system in September. My experience was the ABSOLUTE WORST service that I've ever had anywhere! First, they bill me $5,000 for repairs, but never would send me the video showing where the leaks/damage was at, after I asked repeatedly to see the video. Then they returned my vehicle to me in terrible condition! It smelled like mildew, my settings had all been changed and my wiper fluid tank had been topped off with a highly corrosive chemical that left damage of deep etching in all my mirror and door trim, from the chemical spray coming from the wipers. When I pointed this out, they tried to say that I had put it in there! I know for a fact that I only had water in that reservoir, because I filled it myself with water the last time it was empty. After I insisted they clean out my reservoir, they attempted to remove the chemical, but it's residue is still leaving bad chemical burns when I spray my wipers. When they returned my vehicle this time, it had a coating of thick dust like it had been driven on a dirt road and under the dust was TAR splattered all over both sides! I had just washed my car the prior evening and this added insult to the injury they already had inflicted! This experience was a literal nightmare and I've never had such horrible service! The service at the Mazda dealership for my backup car has more class than Chris Cotton and whoever is hiring the unskilled laborers that put that in my tank. They should be ashamed for the way I and my vehicle were treated and I will make a point to tell as many people as possible about my experience there. This dealership is deceptive, abusive and corrupt! More

The service department is great, however, I’ve had nothing but a difficult time with the finance manager and director.
