My Service Advisor Lorena communicated with me regularly regarding the progress on the repairs to my vehicle, the Service Mechanic Directors Frank and Emerson took excellent care of my vehicles. Victor and Andy were awesome! Finance and customer service was poor. The finance representative did not do a good job of explaining the contract. I called the next day with questions and my calls were put on hold, no one ever came back to see I my call was answered. the one message that I did leave was never answered. I kept calling and finally got the sales representative to call me back on Monday, but he wasn’t helpful, just kept repeating the same thing. The finance representative said he was going to consult his finance manager and he would get back to me with paperwork needed to cancel the additional maintenance plans. It’s now Thursday, the finance nor his manager have contacted me to let me know what action I need to take. Victor has called me twice this week to follow up with me. More
