I brought my vehicle in to replace the windshield. The first service guy was not quick to respond to my calls and lacked follow up. The second one did very well…Zach. But there was still some confusion about how I was to be reimbursed for my repair. I paid the dealership and was told the insurance provider (Permaplate / Siskin) should mail check to Shottenkirk and then dealership would reimburse me. When I called back to see if dealership received payment, I was told the insurance provider should have mailed check directly to me. Which makes sense, but wasn’t what I was told the first time. So now I’m back to dealing with my insurance company to cancel the check to dealership and send one to me instead. Definitely more trouble than it should be. More
