I was a new customer to this dealership, but have been a driver of Fords for years. I was not given the vehicle of choice nor pricing at the dealership I had been using all this time, so I decided to try L driver of Fords for years. I did not feel any pressure from any of the members of the dealership which was very improtant to me. I also did not find I had to "haggle" with the price. Because of the great overall customer service from Tom, I found myself in a new car a week later!! I come from a family of "Ford drivers" and have used my experience to recommend Lamoureux. I was extemely pleased and am loving my new vehicle. I have also been greatly impressed with the follow up check-ins from Tom as well.
