Tom was very helpful and found exactly what we were looking for but with no pressure. We had to get a new vehicle because our 1999 Sable was rotting at the frame. He got a 2003 Ford Escape in and let us know right away. It was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted something that could tow as well and the Escape filled that need too. After the sale he followed up with the phone to make sure we were happy with our vehicle.
