He was more geared at making sure at what car would be best suited for me and my family. You cannot say this too often, but John was not your typical salesman. He was kind, courteous and very funny, not to mention the wealth of knowledge he had about cars. I could go on and on, but I will leave you with one last thing. We continue to deal with John Boxshus becasue he takes the time to make sure the vehicle we're looking into will suit our needs. This time for example we were shown a Ford Escape, Ford Explorer, and the Ford Edge. Knowing that the Explorer was too big of a vehicle for my wife John allowed us to make that decision and never once pushed us into the most expensive vehicle for his benefit. To balance things out, I still find it hard to believe he let my middle aged father purchase an 2008 light blue (of course John would correct with the proper Ford color) focus. Luckily it has since been traded in but really? Light blue? I took that car to an all guys school. And yes my dad really wanted that color, but still, convince him otherwise. But besides the social consequences of letting my father buy what he wanted too, phenominal experience and we will never let him retire.
