It was a rough start to purchase our new Fusion from John Boxshus. In our opinion Customer Service was 3 out of 5. He even stayed after hours to work with us, go over all of our options and allowed us to test drive any vehicle. John is a great sales guy. John worked with us to ensure we got the car that would fit our needs. He did not rush us at all into the purchase! He even held the car for us for 2 weeks due to a family emergency. John has followed-up a number of times to ensure we were still happy with our purchase. We highly recommend Lamoureux Ford to all of our friends... and they've even purchased cars from them. More

I explained to him that I played the escort and advisor role, but my mother was the buyer. My compliments to Derek for paying attention. My mother was so impressed with Derek and the fact that he spoke to her and not me, and he explained the cars to her and not me. She was also impressed with Derek's car knowledge, and driver setup consulting, as well as the overall test drive experience... She spent the rest of the day comparing all her other dealership test drives to her experience at Lamoureux, and with her sales consultant, Derek. None stacked up, and she wanted to return to the place that provided the best customer experience and she bought a car from Lamoureux that evening. Congratulations Derek! The sales department is led by a manager (John Boxshus) that is second to none with regards to being a quality person and his sales personnel reflect this way of conducting business. I have been guilty of making rash decisions on car buying and have actually been told that the smart move for me at this time would be to hold on to what I had. Have you ever been told that from any dealership? Lamoureux is not your typical auto mile type dealership that shuffles you out the door and forgets your name as soon as you sign on the dotted line.
