During a recent snow storm, our 2 year old Ford Fusion was completely crushed by a felled tree, and was deemed totalled. We keep going back to Marc at Lamoureux because of the super service he gives us, he is so helpful, friendly, courteous, processional, knowledgable about all vehicles. The rest of the team is also great, when we go there and Marc is not there they step in to see if they can help and they also do great. Lionel & Mark Lamoureux always stop to say hi, we do not know of any other dealers owners that do that, thank you all for making us always feel like we are home. Marc always goes the extra mile to give you great service and price, it is always a positive experience when we are there. The service Dept. is also great, we go there for all servcies for the car. When we purchase a vehicle (just leased a 2012 Escape) Marc always shows us everthing inside the car and how things work, radio, Sirrus, Sync (bluetooth)he makes sure everything is OK before we drive off. For 25 years we have had no stress, great service, positive attitudes and so much more dealing with Lamoureux Ford. I have purchased several vehicles from Lamoureux Ford so it was no surprise that they had the selection, pricing, and personnel to make my car search successful. I did look online at other dealerships but it was no surprise that they had the selection, pricing, and personnel to make my car search successful. I did look online at other dealerships but came back to Lamoureux as usual. I worked with Gary Pion once again and he did a great job. They had many Fusions in stock and Gary even found vehicles at other dealerships to meet our color needs. He explained all of the financing deals and actually found us another $750 off that we hadn't planned on. Attention to detail, going the extra step, and exceeding the customer's expectations...all in a day's work at Lamoureux. Well worth the trip out of state (CT) for us. Great job and many thanks Gary!
