This whole buying experience was unreal. I have never felt so comfortable making a vehicle purchase. All the staff was super friendly, there was absolutely no pressure, and Derek went above and beyond i felt so comfortable making a vehicle purchase. Koko Has always been great to us, not happy until we are and is always there for us. My experience working with Lamoreux Ford was great! I had been looking for a car for over a month. I dealt with three other dealership before Lamoreux and they were by far the best to work with. They atmosphere was very laid back and the staff was incredibly freindly and helpful. They made purchasing a car as simple and stress free. Everything was laid out in front of me, there were no gimmicks or games. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a dealership you can trust and friendly, knowledgable staff that you can rely on to help get you the car you want at the price you need. More
I went to Lamoureaux to purchase a used car. I was not dissapointed this time either. John listened to us instead of telling us what we wanted. He did all the work as far as registering the car, getting new plates, inspection etc. I brought my kids in when we picked up the car and John made them feel like they were part of the process. Most salesman would have just ignored them. Dealing with Peter in the finance department was a piece of cake as well. He had financing for me by the time I got home from the dealership. We will be in the marked for another vehicle in a year or so and I know my first stop will be to see John at Lamoureux. More
in the past we had shopped around at other dealerships, but when we left them I felt dirty, the sales people reminded me of the stereo types you see in the movies, at one dealer ship, we spent over 30 minu but when we left them I felt dirty, the sales people reminded me of the stereo types you see in the movies, at one dealer ship, we spent over 30 minutes doing paperwork, before they would let us look at the car we were interested in buying. THAT WAS THEM…Not Good. On the other hand this is Lamoureux Ford… Our sales person was John Boxshus, he spent some time learning about are wants and needs, while doing this he paid attention to details about my family, their personalities, their likes and dislikes. We spent several minutes talking about the vehicle we were interested in and then went over the available options. In short order we narrowed it down to a few, talked about our price range and what we were looking to faineance…with keys in hand we were able to walk the lot, talk openly about each vehicle (sit, touch, explore…) I’m not sure when it happened, but at some point John became less of a sales person and more of an advisor. We talked about family size, pets, driving habits, gas prices, comfort, length of investment and how it all tied together with our lifestyle. What’s also important to point out John took the time to involve each member of the family…it was as if every family member had equal say in the purchase. SKIP to the End…we found our car we bought the car and thought that was the end…but no. Lamoureux Ford did all the basics (took care of the applications, the finance and the getting plates for car) and more. John also helped us through the process of moving a total of 3 vehicles around by the time we were done. The new vehicle went to a parent, the replaced vehicle went to the child in collage, and the child’s vehicle was removed from road for safety issues (Peace of mind). This was what I would consider above and beyond and we were thankful for the help. On the day we picked up the new vehicle, I expected to sign some papers, hand over some money and be on my way…but this did not happen. What did happen was, John went over all the paperwork, letting us know what we agreed on what was what we got (no hidden fees, no hidden cost). Then we all went out to the vehicle and went over all the options and spending as much time as we needed to show us how to use the new technology (GPS, phone sync, radio, seats…) again everyone was involved including the kids while presetting the Disney channel in the sati light radio… At some point we drove off the lot…not sure we understood all that just happened but…but feeling really good about the whole experience. Did it end there? No, a few day later we had a follow up call asking us to come back and go over again anything we did not understand about the vehicle or the features…and yesterday I was surprised to find a thank you letter from John in my mailbox (snail mail). For the most part we are used to getting poor service, paying too much for a meal, or buying something only to have it break the first time you try and use it. SO it is really nice to find a place like Lamoureux Ford that makes you feel good about getting value for your hard earned money…and it’s even better when you deal with a person like John that is as passionate about his customers as he is about the product he is providing. If asked if I would buy from them again…the answer is yes. More
I went to a few dealers before going to Lamoureaux and what kept me there is that they have such a sophisticated dealership. They really know how to work with the customer and didn't push me at all. It was so nice how the different people came over to meet us, making us really feel welcome. All the paperwork was ready and waiting when I picked up my car which saved me time. When my husband decided to buy a 2012 Fusion, he convinced me to trade in my car for the same model. I really loved my Taurus but decided to buy a Fusion also. I had listened to Guz Gaudette as he convinced me to trade in my car for the same model. I really loved my Taurus but decided to buy a Fusion also. I had listened to Guz Gaudette as he pointed out the features of the Fusion while my husband was looking for a new car,and I respected his opinions. We bought two Fusions on the same day. Guz and other members of the team helped to make the whole process smooth and easy. While driving through the Brookfields we stopped at Lamoureux Ford to"check-out" their new cars. We did not have plans of speaking with a saleperson or going any further than admiring the cars. We explained to Mark that we were just out for a Sunday drive and not actively shopping for a car. Mark took the time to talk to us about the model Ford that we would eventually be looking at more seriously in the near future. The staff at Lamoureux took the oppotunity to do an evaluation of our then present vechicle to give us an idea as to what we could expect for a trade and a purchase of the new car. With all the information provided we continued on our "Sunday Drive" and talked about the experience. We were both very impressed with the staff at Lamoureux. The next day we decided to go back to the dealership for a follow up to our visit of the previous day. We are both extremly satified with the outcome of this visit. By the end of the week we were able to drive off the lot with our beautiful new car. Thanks to Mark Kokansky and the staff at Lamoureux, this turned out to be the best experiences ever purchasing a new vechicle. We did not feel pressured, rushed, or uncomfortable in any way. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to family or friends. More
