We bought a new Ford Escape Limited and the experience with Derek & Gary was great! They were both very professional and organized. Then come in an find everything in order as was spelled out - not trickery or costs that were left out. The power was out due to an accident but they had everything ready for us to pick up our vehicle anyway. Mr. Lamourex came by to make sure that it was a positive experience despite the situation. The price of the vehicle was very good and we could not have asked for a better team of people to work with. We did encounter a problem with the car (an oxygen sensor needed to be replaced), while this left us concerned and on edge the folks at Lamoreux worked hard to make sure that we were taken care of quickly and with exempliary courtesy. They alieviated all of our fears and fixed the car immediately. These folks are a model for how dealerships should be. We had a bad experience with a dealer just prior to purchasing at Lamourex (a bait a switch type situation). We then approached several Ford dealers within a 50 mile radius of our residence and not one responded with the professionalism, courtesy and honesty of Lamoureux. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We would have felt very differently about Ford given the problem we encountered had it not been for the folks at Lamoreux. They were knowledable, efficient and considerate and the bottom line is they took care of us, fixed the car and went out of their way to make it as painless as possible. We have had no further problems with the car and are very happy. If you want to buy a Ford buy it at Lamoureux, you won't regret it. More

On Saturday 12-10-2011 we went to the dealer to have the used car we bought in September 2011, serviced. While we were there we checked out a 2012 Mustang, Gary gaves us the keys for a drive, and then turne used car we bought in September 2011, serviced. While we were there we checked out a 2012 Mustang, Gary gaves us the keys for a drive, and then turned us over to Koko who started the process of having our used car appraised, while we were out driving. (Gary turned us over to Koko because we had worked with him in the past.) When we returned we started to look to buy the car we drove, but decided my wife would have a hard time with the standard transmission. We started to look for a car at another dealer, and Koko arranged to bring it in on Monday the 12th. IT Was Beautiful, we both loved the color, and took delivery that same Monday evening. Peter the business manager, had gotten the paper work ready, to the point that Koko, was able to finish the deal while Peter was in a meeting. there were a couple of minor corrections to be made, and they were handled easily to our complete satisfaction. Also due to the way we were treated by the service department we have decided we will start bringing in our other car (a KIA)for routine maintenance. Overall the best experiance that we have had in more than 30 years, of dealing with varius new and used car dealers. More

If you are in the market for a high pressure sales staff, wanting and needing you to buy a car/truck right now, today, before you leave… then this is not the dealership for you. Even thought my wife wanted the Mustang convertible in blue, it was not the car for us and our needs (right now) and that is not the car John sold us, for the 4th time. Even though I went in thinking one car that I saw on line, and as in inventory on their lot was the car for me… I was wrong, again. BUT John did have the exact car in his lot with ALL the options I wanted and even in the color I REALLY wanted. So regardless what you think you know about cars, or what you want, Let John at Lamoureaux get to know you, let them take their time and you will NOT be disappointed. You may not drive out in that Mustang with all the options and the big V8, but you will drive off with the right car for you and your needs. Lamoureux is worth the drive to East Brookfield for the most honest sales experience you will ever have in buying a car.
