Upon arrival we were promptly met by Stewart, he was courteous and knowledgeable about the Highlander we were interested in. Stewart showed us around the Highlander, and offered us a test drive. We had never owned a Toyota and I was trying hard to learn about the car. After the test drive we were impressed enough to make an offer. In the purchasing process we were again treated courteously and the process did not take long. About ten days after the purchase we returned to Lakeside asking about some music CDs left in the radio of our trade in vehicle. Lakeside had saved the music, and it was returned to us. I bought the truck and am very happy with my purchase. I called Rene Poche, since members of my family had dealt with him & were very pleased. I just leased a new RAV4 from Rene, and will never deal with anyone but him in the future. He handled all of the paperwork very quickly - mostly over the phone, so I had to spend very little time at the dealership. He also helped me figure out the amount I should be getting from my insurance company on the car I totaled. Rene was friendly & professional.
