There was no sales pitch. Instead, Russ focused on what our needs were, what our budget was and listened to understand what ultimately would make us satisfied. After looking at a number of vehicles as potential solutions and meeting other Toyota team members, my wife and I were able to select a Camry that fit us perfectly. Bottom line, we never felt like we were being rushed into a decision. We financed a portion of our purchase and that went off very smoothly as well. Now I realize why my family and friends kept telling me to check out Lakeside. Their people make a huge difference. We're glad we did. More
