His customer service and patience was amazing. Although I had a little trouble deciding on a color, his cool and relaxed demeanor never changed. After a quick test drive we were ready for paperwork. Lakeside Toyota has given the best service amongst all other Toyota dealerships. Their service was even better than many other car dealerships. There were six of us at the dealership, and I could imagine how this could overwhelm the Sales Rep. With the family there, the sales rep was very patient with us having private discussions, etc. He waited as we all discussed our decisions on which car to purchase, and I really appreciated this from him. We were interested in the FR-S and TC from Scion. He was able to explain to us the similarities and differences between the two cars, which made the decision easier to decide. If we had a question, he'd answer quickly. If we had uncertainty, he was able to assist us. I really appreciate his service. The whole staff was very polite. They were all welcoming and relaxed. They offered us drinks and snacks while we waited for two hours to finish paperwork. They conversed with us to get to understand one another. I felt relaxed and not intense. When I went to other dealerships, it felt anxious and overwhelming, but not this one. It was a warm and relaxing environment. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. More

Great customer service!! Bob was great from the minute I stepped onto the lot until purchase. We brought it back to service and they said the tires had been recalled and they don't know how they could have missed that. It makes me wonder what else they missed.
