The saleman helping us was young and completely ignorant. I didn't feel he knew everything he was talking about. He kept making rude comments as though he had no care in the world for the customer. Never seen the manager and sent us home with no sale and was suppose to receive a call back this morning. Still no word from anyone and they will not help anyone. I may be a 21 year old female but im not stupid. I do my studies on cars and values and I also won't put myself in a financial bind to make your little hearts and pockets happy as though you did me a favor. I will never do sales or service with you ever. I will tell all my family and friends of my experience with these ignorant people. No I don't want apologies either so someone from the business doesn't even need to waste their time and act as though they are sorry when you are feeding people a bunch of bull. I'll be much happier selling my vehicle outright or working with another company than working with this ran down pretty boy "money making" business. If you continue to keep working like this before you know it you will shut down and all of us people who are unsatisfied will make sure it happens. greetings and I hope you decide to learn one day how to do business right.
