I brought my 2016 Tundra in to check out a leak underneath. They called later and said it was coolant leaking from under the valve cover, near the back of the engine. They supposedly fixed it and I was charged thousands of dollars. Fast forward about 6 weeks later, and it is leaking again, near the same area. I was scared to drive 2 hours back there with it leaking coolant, so I brought it to a local mechanic who told me that seems to be where it is leaking again and that the bolts were not even tightened down, one of them was barely in there and about to fall out! I called Lakeside and they told me that they couldn’t help me and that I would have to pay to tow it back to them, because he didn’t recommend driving that far and that because it had been six weeks or so, how did he know of it was their fault or something else! Now I will have to pay someone else to fix the shoddy work done by your dealership, after I already paid thousands to have you fix it right the first time! Worst dealer service ever! More

Brought my 2011 Highlander in for routine service as we always do. Oil change, tire rotation and inspection. After parking the vehicle back home noticed one of the left front lug nuts is missing and the always do. Oil change, tire rotation and inspection. I called and spoke with David a service manager and told him my concerns. He told me hold on as he passed the called to Jean Paul. The service writer Jean Paul charged us for the missing lug nut, four new ones that his technician stripped and says the door probably vibrated off or the tech failed to reinstall it . He says a new cover would have to be ordered and costs was 300.00 dollars. We will not be bringing the vehicle to Lakeside Toyota for anymore service. They are dishonest about service work. More
Enjoyed the low key, non pressure style of Gavin the salesman. He was easy to talk to. The car arrived earlier than expected and even though Gavin was out of town. We purchased a vehicle from this dealership and couldn't be happier. Aimee Cosse was our salesperson, and she was phenomenal. We were told that there was a nail in the tire, but it could not be repaired. The nail was not in the sidewall, and we were not offered any explanation as to why it could not be fixed. When we called back, we were always transferred to a voicemail. We had to finally call corporate to have them witness the lack of effort that this staff displays. Please avoid this dealership if you are expecting quality service. More

Mr. Johnathan definitely was well versed in the product which was exactly what I expected in a Sales Consultant. This is the first Toyota product (2023 Camry TRD) that I purchased as well as the first new car that I've purchased. Weekly Mr. Bryant would provide me updates on the arrival of my vehicle. The expected arrival was eight weeks and I received the vehicle in four. Mr. Jessie Bryant, Business Manager, is by far the most knowledgeable and not even short on Integrity that I have ever been Blessed to handle my financial aspect of any vehicle that I have ever purchased. I have a Lock placed on my Credit Report (Expedia). Prior to leaving Baton Rouge I had the Report Unlocked a day earlier so as to speed the purchase time up. It taken over an hour of back and forth before some resolution was taken care of. Even after speaking to Expedia's Representative ensuring me that the Lock was undone. Prior to this series of events I had never spoken to or met Mr. Johnson. In a matter of minutes Mr. Jessie suggested that I download the Experian App and BANG IN A MATTER OF MINUTES PROBLEM SOLVED. More
