Purchase and maintenance experiences over 17 years. I purchased my Toyota Tacoma Prerunner in 1999. The purchase process was easy and pleasant. Then as the years passed and I went in for my 6-month main I purchased my Toyota Tacoma Prerunner in 1999. The purchase process was easy and pleasant. Then as the years passed and I went in for my 6-month maintenance and sundry minor repairs, the service department became almost like family! David has always been there for me. He's been so helpful, pleasant, always patient, and always a gentlemen. Tina has been there for, I think, three years and is delightful, smiling and always helpful. I depend on them to help me - at a moment's notice! Yesterday my brake light came on at 7:00 AM. I was on my way to my studio. So, no problem, I just drove into the service department at Lakeside Toyota. David and Tina were there, with their usual smiles and help. As it turned out I needed new brakes, which were installed within a few hours. And actually I was delighted!! You see, I've spent to little on repairs to my wonderful truck and I trust the honesty of this dealership so completely, that when a repair is needed I'm happy to have it done. And I certainly don't want to drive around with bad brakes. I don't know the mechanics (I wish I did so I could thank them in person) but somehow they keep my truck running perfectly all the time. I love Lakeside Toyota and recommend it to everyone I talk to. I'm always singing its praises! And while I don't know everyone as well as David and Tina, everyone is delightful and helpful. You really couldn't find a better dealership. I love Toyotas and I love Lakeside Toyota Dealership. More

Salesman Scott Guillory was fast to respond and took the time to physically walk the lot to answer my specific question. Scott and the sales team were able to find a 4Runner comparable to what I was looking for very quickly, despite being told by the other local dealership it was not available. Lakeside Toyota got the 4Runner in a matter of three days. My wife and I waited for five and a half months for an order from the other dealership, with no answers to our questions. Lakeside Toyota: 3 days. I just wish we would have started at Lakeside! Business Manager Jessie Johnson in Finance was also a pleasure to deal with, very informative and friendly. They would do much better with Preston in the management position because he is more professional when dealing with customers and far more diligent. If it hadn't been for him stepping up to the plate, I would have walked away from a very fine vehicle that I found and researched through USAA. More
