I had Caleb Copeland insult me, tell me I would not find a better deal anywhere else. Insist without seeing my car that it was worth nothing, told me I could be his runner even though I’m an Area DOS and pr a better deal anywhere else. Yes, he is correct, I won’t waste my time doing business with a company that employs immature children who think they can strong arm a customer over the phone. Also, when I said I would happily share our text exchange with the President of the company, he said go ahead, he didn’t care. Caleb has zero manners, couth or the intellectually ability to realize he just ran off someone who has the means to purchase not one car but two and was willing to do this ASAP, during a global pandemic. Congratulations Caleb! I wouldn’t hire you to sell me ice for an igloo. More

I drove from Jackson MS to pick up this certified pre-owned 2014 Toyota Sequoia. No one mentioned it had been wrecked. I didnt find that out til I tried to trade the vehicle. From the salesman to the finance department everyone was dishonest. I later found a receipt in the glove compartment showing the body shop that did the repairs.
