absolutely ridiculous. i've tried for 3 days now to get a price on tire installation. they transfer you to the parts dept for pricing yet the parts dept does not know how i've tried for 3 days now to get a price on tire installation. they transfer you to the parts dept for pricing yet the parts dept does not know how much installation is. i used the text us portion and haven't heard a thing in 2 days. emailed with no response. i called 3 times only to have no one ever pick up. whoever answers initially doesn't know anything. and you try and leave a review on their own website and guess what. message is failed to send. wow what a surprise. i'll take my business elsewhere.
