Waited about 15 minutes for him to be available.What a great choice! Very good salesperson.We walked the sales lot looking for a Focus.Finally found one in the back of sales lot.Wanted red but none available. we sat in the car and he explained some of the features.Fell in love immediately with this car.Perfect match because I was ready to downsize fro m my 2011 Fusion which was super fantastic car.This was my first time brokering a car deal on my own. Corey made it very easy for me to ask all questions I needed to.Was impressed with the new lifetime service warranty.Big selling point!.Trade in price on my Fusion was really great.From start to finish the experience was really fantastic! I called looking for a specific color, make, and model, which they claimed to have. When I arrived, they did not have the vehicle in stock but could get it. Groan! So they tried to talk me into a different package and color. Felt like bait and switch because it was! I explained if the price were fantastic, I would consider another color and package and they were adamant they could make me a deal. Well after wasting most of my day, they offered me a deal of full MSRP. REALLY!?! More
