Outstanding Expirence! Well I stopped by Lakeland ford this past weekend (to look at mustangs) with no intention of purchasing a vehicle but wound up buying one anyways. I would just like to give a huge shout to James Wrinkle of Lakeland ford for being such a knowledgable, straight forward, and all around good guy. He was very quick to help my grandmother and I look at cars and test drive them and to get a sense of what I was looking for. In fact I think he knew what I wanted before I did. If it wasn't for him I probably wouldn't have got a car but because of how knowledgable, straight forward and nice he was I got what I wanted! Very friendly! We came in because we have been loyal Ford owners for years. With our growing family, our Ford Ranger no longer suited our needs. Corey greeted us and from the very beginning was courteous and knowledgeable. He really listened to us and what we needed. After speaking to him he took us and showed us a few vehicles he felt would not just meet our needs and our budget but something we really liked! He showed us all the features and benefits of the vehicle and how they worked. He didn't play the games that most car salesmen play. He gave us a fair trade value and purchase price the very first time. There was NO going back and forth! Within a couple hours we were sitting in our brand new Escape that was detailed and gassed up for us. He made sure to go over the vehicle one more time to make sure we were comfortable and paired my phone to the Bluetooth. About an hour later, he called to make sure we made it home safe and to see if we had any more questions. This was by far the best car buying experience we ever had! More
