I did not have an overall good experience and I would have to warn others not to buy from Lakeland Ford if they had other options. The initial sale process with the salesman was fine but the finance mana have to warn others not to buy from Lakeland Ford if they had other options. The initial sale process with the salesman was fine but the finance manager added several products and bumped my term without my knowledge. I was able to finally get some of the items refunded off my loan but I'm still not sure if it is fully straightened out. It took approximately 10 requests and about 4 weeks to finally get a copy of my sales order, it just doesn't need to be that difficult. I would suggest that they learn the term full disclosure! I have purchased many new and used vehicles over the years and this dealership is by far the worst experience I have had. Love the truck, nothing wrong with the vehicle or how it was presented to me.
