Richard Berndt was outstanding as a salesman. He immediately greeted me as I entered, encouraged me to test drive the vehicle, and explained all of the features it has to offer. Mediocre service I brought the truck back to have the spray in bed liner done and an air leak checked. The company that sprayed in the bed liner (Line-X), didn't bothe I brought the truck back to have the spray in bed liner done and an air leak checked. The company that sprayed in the bed liner (Line-X), didn't bother to remove the bolts that hold the bed down - if they ever have to come out, it will be extremely difficult. The "in bed" button for turning the bed lights on/off doesn't even fit anymore - bad job masking... When I picked up the truck and asked about the air leak, I was told that the day was to rainy for them to check (it didn't rain at all that day). More
