The sales people at Lakeland Ford were very helpful we went in for one type of vehicle but were not able to make that possible but they continued to try an meet our needs the best they could. They were not over aggressive to sale us a truck they let us make our own decision without a lot of pressure. They took the time to set everything up an answer our questions. We are just waiting for them to get us the second key for the new F-150 we purchased. They said it would have to be retrieved from the other dealership it was sent from.
