Bought the first vehicle in 2022 had a bait and switch pulled on me got one I liked left with it but they had us sign papers on a different vehicle said I wouldn’t use them again this is 2026 my husband w pulled on me got one I liked left with it but they had us sign papers on a different vehicle said I wouldn’t use them again this is 2026 my husband wanted to try again so we switched out the vehicle in February it is now April and we are still having problems with what they sold us definitely would not recommend this place More

I left the dealership thinking everything went well. A week later the bank I had the loan through called to verify information on the loan. To my surprise there were a couple of charges totaling $4600 I A week later the bank I had the loan through called to verify information on the loan. To my surprise there were a couple of charges totaling $4600 I had no clue about. I spoke with Daniel the finance guy who seemed surprised no one went over the charges with me. Which is sort of funny because he was the one going over all the charges with me. Needless to say once I found out about the additional charges I had them cancel it. A week goes by and the email I was supposed to receive about the cancellation still hadn’t come. I call again to speak with Daniel and he assured me he cancelled it the day I called and he would get the email to me. I received the email and the date of the cancellation was the date of the second call not the initial. This whole ordeal turned what I thought was a positive experience to one which feels shady. Outside of my experience with the finance office everything else was great. Brian the sells man was awesome and I have no complaints about him. More
