I Purchased a Certified Pre Owned (CPO) vehicle 15 days ago on January 27th, 2025. Vehicle is a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer It was supposed to be Certified Pre Owned. The vehicle is a One owner vehicle from T ago on January 27th, 2025. Vehicle is a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer It was supposed to be Certified Pre Owned. The vehicle is a One owner vehicle from Tampa area in Florida with no accidents reported to Carfax, Clean Record. I was assured that the vehicle was supposedly inspected to the Lake City CDJR standards and guaranteed by a mechanic who certified it. Turns out the vehicle was in an accident and never reported. I found this information out when the driver door wouldn’t open with keyless entry. I took it to Jacksonville CDJR and was told that because of the “accident” the door handle was missing a magnetic sensor piece for keyless entry. I would have to pay out of warranty for the service / labor / repairs. This was news to Me but they showed me the proof. I get this can happen, an accident NOT reported to Carfax but if I was a mechanic and certified this car, I would have noticed paint overlap, fender / hood paint discrepancies, malfunctioning driver door, changed out moldings and generic washers all throughout the wheel well. All of which was pointed out to me by Jacksonville dealer. They had to show me these discrepancies as they denied me warranty coverage to fix the door and tell me future repairs pertaining to this side of the vehicle will Be subject to discretion because of possible damages. When I brought it up to LakeCity, they told me it’s an unfortunate situation but nothing could be done to rectify a CPO vehicle with a previous accident. My concern was NOT just financial but I feel the vehicle was NOT properly checked. 1. It was supposedly Certified Pre Owned 2. No accident on Carfax 3. Value of the vehicle is based on one owner no accidents, NOT a vehicle with accident history. The rank and file messengers I dealt with were very nice and tried to help me. Above them, I was told nothing else could be done. The deal had been made. I was lied to, I was manipulated, and I was shoved aside. GM Andrew could care less to even take my calls More

I did not want advantage stuff, but they made up for it in fees. $4572.90? Crazy! Odometer 37180 miles on trade in, was 32,180 miles on page I had to sign? So you are running odometer back 5,000 miles? A serious offense? Car wasn’t delivered day I signed papers. Told come back Monday. Sent home in a loaner that was on empty. Ran out of gas, walked to gas station for container and gas. Other shenanigans like with antennae taken off car before I got it, I saw it on there when Juan took it for gas top off. But not when I took delivery, and trouble getting new one. Nightmare! Worst dealership experiance ever! More
