There was a delay getting my car in for service because of a staff being out no one’s fault. The service man kept an eye on how long I would have to wait and kept me informed. Steve in service was awesome. We also paid alot for complete detail in and out. Car looked great, but a little debris on back window area and the rear window was very smeared. Asked service adviser when they visually inspect if he could just look to see where abouts the coolant was leaking from, woulda just took a minute as I was a tech at another dealer we would look for stuff could just look to see where abouts the coolant was leaking from, woulda just took a minute as I was a tech at another dealer we would look for stuff like that for an up sell, they guy told me you get free service out of the dealer and if they would have found something I would have spent the money to pay for the repair, I’ll go elsewhere form now on. Felt like luxury rolling into the showroom of the … the seating area was nice and clean. Coffee soda water… free… oil change and tire rotation with inspection in good timing under an hour while i waited. A seating area was nice and clean.
