I have never had such FANTASTIC service. Caring , friendly, courteous, and professional is Mr. Chad Sandman !! I am a Senior and since My husband died, I have had to deal with car issue Caring , friendly, courteous, and professional is Mr. Chad Sandman !! I am a Senior and since My husband died, I have had to deal with car issues myself . Mr. Sandman made me feel right at home . I hope Lake Chevrolet will keep him a long, long time . Mr. Sandman and his team are a breath of fresh air. They rate a 5 Star in my book !! This will be my go to for any of my needs with my car. Thank you so much for such a comfortable experience !!! I have been to other dealerships and never had this experience ,of being cared for without stressing out. I am the bus for my Grandbabies, and I need reliable Wheels. Car was not put back together as it was brought in. Had to drive home with a car that could barely steer. Did not have this problem before bringing in. Battery died on the way home. Had to get it towed Had to drive home with a car that could barely steer. Did not have this problem before bringing in. Battery died on the way home. Had to get it towed home and fixed by another company after paying $1900. Unfortunately I would come back or refer anyone to this location. More
