I brought my car in for a check engine light, when I picked it up the check engine light came back on less than 1 hour later. When I brought it back to lake, they explain the exact same codes I brought picked it up the check engine light came back on less than 1 hour later. They took my car back and worked on it again reassuring my the issue would be resolved and called me back to charge me again, we agreed that I pay a slightly reduced price. I picked my car up and one day later the check engine lights comes back on and the car is driving worse than it was when I brought it in. When I bring it in the last time the service rep puts it in the machine and tells me it’s still the same code from my initial visit. At this point I’ve paid over $2300, and he explains I need to pay an additional $5300 for a new transmission and that he knew that is what the code meant from the start. I reached to the service manager via email and got no response and when I called the phone rang for 5 minutes. This was a horrible experience. More
