I went to 3 different dealers to get an estimate on a repair of my 2018 Honda Civic hatchback. This was the only dealer that could take my car within the next 2 weeks & they had courteous people at their repair of my 2018 Honda Civic hatchback. This was the only dealer that could take my car within the next 2 weeks & they had courteous people at their front desk, a spacious waiting & lounge area to wait in, & plenty of safe parking at their huge lot. They gave me a very fair estimate of the work needed, parts needed & a very accurate estimate of how long the work would take to complete. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company to do the repair & completed the job faster than I anticipated. They had a nice car available for me to drive while I was waiting for the work to be done. Excellent experience & they had my car so detailed & clean when I went to pick it up, that I thought I had a new car. I believe the person I worked with was Josh (very tall) & I would highly recommend him. I don't know who worked on the car for the repair or who detailed it, but this is the cleanest I have ever seen it & would recommend that person highly! Based on this experience, I wanted to buy a car from them also. Hands down, it's been the best car repair experience, I have ever had! LaRee More
