Poor customer service. My car was under an extended warranty and I had to take my car back 3 times for the same issue, each time having to pay a $100 deductible. Each and every time I went to pick up my vehicle I had to hear that they hadn't received payment from the warranty company as of yet which is NOT my problem! Your sales people sell the warranties, stick by them when people use them down the road! Frustrating beyond words to say the least...left 2 messages for a manager to call me and never heard a word back but I can guarantee you that word of mouth will travel fast about this service department! More

I did not have a good experience. Steve was not helpful. All they did was shine a flashlight to tell me the problem and did not offer solutions. I transferred my car to another dealers Steve was not helpful. All they did was shine a flashlight to tell me the problem and did not offer solutions. I transferred my car to another dealership which recommended to get my insurance involved because the problem was related to my last accident not being fixed properly and turns out my insurance will now be buying me a whole new transmission and at your dealership I was going to spend $5700 with the mechanic not even fully taking my car apart and no explanation and no alternative solutions. Very disappointed. More

Inspection on a chevrolet S10 truck Im unsatisfied with the price i payed because i feel i was overcharged. Thats ridiculous !!!! And now i cannt even listen to my music. More
