Perfecting Customer Service! We brought our new Equinox back to Lake Chevrolet after it was wrecked. They restored it to it's origional condition. Oil Change & tire sound I came in with the regular oil change needed, however there was a weird clicky noise in the right front tire every time I made a turn. Last time I take it to Braeger/Lake Chevrolet Service man ignored the fact I told him the car had been in three times for the same tire repair and said I needed a new tire.
