Long wait time for appointment. Went in to get a recall fixed on my truck. When I showed up to check in I had to wait 8min before anyone acknowledge me after I asked for someone to h Went in to get a recall fixed on my truck. Then I was pointed in the right direction were I had to wait even a little longer for the sales person who was handling my service for my truck. Over all it went fast and it was taken care of, just didn't like standing around when there were alot of employees were just talking to each other joking around. More

Cudahy Larry I liked my service except 1 thing. I had an appointment for the reattaching of the rear window defrost wires. They don't do it but they have a company I liked my service except 1 thing. I had an appointment for the reattaching of the rear window defrost wires. They don't do it but they have a company that comes in to do it for them. You would think they would schedule both me and the service tech to be at the same time but they didn't. My appointment was 10 am and the tech came around 1pm. Waist of time. Other than that everything went well. I am planning more work after deer hunting. I hope it goes as well. We'll see More

What I REALLY liked was while I was waiting, I went into the showroom to look at some new vehicles AND I wasn't pestered by not 1 sales person. Usually when you walk into a dealership, sales people are ready to attack. It was a nice experience to not get followed around. Lake Chevrolet is a warm and inviting place. I hope this continues when I'm ready to purchase a New or Used vehicle. More
