Lake Chevrolet - Service Center

I stopped in for a routine oil change, no problem, right? Next day I call because I have oil on my driveway. No big deal, taste VW told me to come down when I get to get it looked at. I bring my truck in, in and out within 20 minutes because they cleaned up the “residual from the oil change” . I go home. I have yet another spot of oil on my driveway the next day. I’m thinking, maybe more residual. So I park in a different spot to check before I have to bother lake Chevrolet and have to drive to from pewaukee for a third time. More oil. (It’s ok 4 spots on my driveway now) So I can, make a trip down again, and Steve gets me a loaner for the weekend. Great, I’m happy that it’s going to get fixed!...(apparently coolant lines were bad)(didn’t look like coolant on my driveway......) I get a call on Monday saying my truck is fixed, I drive back for a 4th time to pick it up. Somewhat happy.(Ming you, I’ve waited a total of 4-5 hours in the waiting room already, used my gas, my mileage on my lease, and am instructed to return the truck with the same amount of gas or back in.. I don’t feel that customer service was a focus..) I take it home, OIL AGAIN ON MY DRIVEWAY! So I call, Bring it down the next day, drive more miles, waste more gas, more time (not just driving, but two more hours in the waiting room. I don’t blame Steve entirely, but the staff who worked on my truck numerous times. This was by far, some of the poorest customer service I have ever had. I hope others don’t have to deal with these issues. No accommodations, nothing offered but diet Coke’s, juice, and Vice for my troubles. I’m also in the customer service business, and this would not fly one inch without ensuring I was entirely taken care of, AND THEN some. I’m not even sure what to ask for, out what to gain out of all of my time, gas, miles wasted on these 5 trips for one routine oil change.(again I live in pewaukee) More

The service manager couldn't get me a simple written list of the issues with my car. I felt like I was being fleeced for over 1300 of the issues with my car. I felt like I was being fleeced for over 1300 More

Left with an estimate for work that would be needed. Wasn't told if it was necessary to have it completed right away, was told I could leave it overnight to have the work done.
