My bad review is probably due to dealing with John Webler. Got an oil change i think. There was no sticker on the windshield. Was told I got a complimentary car wash. That didn't happen. I was very dissatisfied. I have had good experiences with other service advisors. Not so much with John Webler. Twice. If I have to deal with him any more I will go elsewhere. More

Did not cover factory installed part that sheered off after only 2 years. Had good experience with Lake in the past but it appears big turnover in service department and they don’t back the new cars or after only 2 years. John was amazing! !! I had a car accident in June of this year in my brand new 2024 Chevy Trax RS1, I only had it for 2 months and was devastated having to replace my c !! I had a car accident in June of this year in my brand new 2024 Chevy Trax RS1, I only had it for 2 months and was devastated having to replace my car. From June until September I have been through a lot of hurdles at other dealerships and always left so unsatisfied or almost completely ready to give up. I’ve never been to Lake Chevrolet so I decided to give myself one more chance in vehicle shopping. I inquired about the vehicle I wanted which was the 2025 RS2 Chevrolet Trax. John reached out to me with information on it and offered a great deal after that we scheduled an appointment for me to check the vehicle out. Once I got to the location I was amazed at how big the dealership was. There are so many options, the inside is so nice and clean and the employees reflected that in my opinion. John greeted me at the door, there was no waiting or wondering who I should talk to about my appointment. I was offered refreshments even my son who was 8 had something he liked. I was taken to his cubicle and we got started on what I came in for. The process was so easy!! I told him exactly what I was looking for, I was able to test drive it, make a deal and I left with that same vehicle I dreamed of leaving with. John and his fellow co workers (Alex Arnold, Daniel Garcia) all made this process stress free for me, I barely had to do any work. All were very friendly, had great energy, I did not have to repeat myself, I didn’t feel like anyone was getting over on me. They were extremely pleasant to work with and to be honest, I will be recommending all of whom I know to this location moving forward. I am on cloud 9 from the experience still and I also received many updates on the process. I always cringe going to dealerships because not many are there to really help, they just want to make a sale and aren’t very nice. The here was so elite, no hassles, no games. It was straight to the point and making sure you get exactly what you came for. Lake Chevrolet, you should be so proud of your employees from the finance department on to the sales associates.
