I was in the market for a new 2011 Impala. Through a search of the internet, I was surprised what I found. The Impala I bought was discounted to a point, I couldn't believe. I was looking for a 2011 equinox. when i got to the dealership, the salesman told me they were sold. I wound up buying a 2012. Dealership was friendly and helpful. Elaine Rupp has made this purchase experience for me unforgettable. She went over and beyond the call of duty to get me into a new vehicle. When you factor in my "challenged" credit rating, it made the outlook even more grim. However, with my credit score not being the best, Jenny (Finance) worked and got me a phenomenal interest rate. I don't know how she did it, but she made it happen. What I didn't tell them was that I had previously gone to their dealership and the experience wasn't as pleasant.
