Dennis was super friendly when he approached us out in the used car lot. He understood exactly what I was looking for and was able to figure out if it would be in my price range. Our experience was the top. Bob Howard, knew his vehicles with every question we threw at him, and we asked him many questions, he had an answer. And Sam was very relaxing and made understanding clear, she was right to the point and her personality reflexed Good Service Management skills. The whole experience was great. And in no time we were out of the dealership driving away in our new 2013 Malibu. For years we have dealt with Braeger, but it seems like this is the first time our Salesperson was knowledgeable enough to stay with us and not run off ten different times to get answers for us.
