This is the fourth vehicle that I have purchased from Braeger and with all of them, I have been very pleased. When my sales representative, Bob Howard, sees me, he immediately comes out of his office with a smile and a hand shake. The overall experience from entering the dealership to closing the deal is a no hassle, no pressure atmosphere. Why I shop at this dealership is because I know I'm going to get the best price and deal, especially with Bob Howard as my sales representative. This is the second vehicle that he has sold me and on both purchases he provided outstanding deals. Thank you for your excellent service. If anyone is in the market, be sure to shop at Braeger. I had an appointment for my first service (an oil and filter change) and got to the dealer about 5 to 10 minutes early. He took the information and showed me where the customer waiting room was and told me I would be called when the car was ready. The room was pleasant, attractive, and comfortable. I sat down, made myself comfortable, and prepared for the long wait I was accustomed to at other service centers. Less than 30 minutes went by and my name was called. The car was ready and so was the paper work. I was told that first oil change was free. The entire experience was very satisfactory and I was on my way home less than an hour after I arrived. R.F. Why I like about Braeger Service is that we are always treated as if our car (and us) is the most important vehicle in the shop. Even when extremely busy, Roman always finds the time to be friendly. I worked primarily with Bob Howard in sales. I found him to be very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sold. He was also very patient and non aggressive. Andy answered all of our questions, was very friendly and patient. It took us a few trips to finally decide what we wanted and at no time did it seem like he was anything but happy to see us. Roman exemplifies Customer Service - he goes out of his way to explain what is wrong with my vehicle and gives me options for correcting the problem.
