Made an 8:30 am appointment, was told about an hour. Waited 2 hrs! Finally i asked what was up? Only to find out that my car was sitting back there! This place is a joke! More

Ever since, I tend to expect the worst from car dealers and salesmen. Plus, I'll admit that I'm a curmudgeon who doesn't like to spend money. This was the first time I bought a car at Braeger Chevrolet, and I'm happy to report that it was a pleasant experience. My sales rep, John Milton, was friendly without the all the phoniness and small talk I despise in salespeople. He gave me what I wanted, and nothing more, without any hassles. I got the car for exactly the price I was hoping to pay, and he was patient with my limited understanding of all the new electronics in the car. The F&I manager, Sarah Jekanoski was equally friendly and helpful without any pressure to buy extra services. Honestly, it couldn't have been a better experience unless they gave me the car for half price. Maybe I should have asked. I chose to buy from Braeger because I had been taking my 2004 Aveo there for service for the last ten years. Having my car repaired does not make me happy because, again, I don't like to spend money. I usually work with John Webler who makes the experience as painless as possible, even when I'm tired and irritable because I had to get up early on a Saturday. For a person who dislikes human interaction and financial transactions as much as I do, I'm quite pleased with Braeger Chevrolet. More

I usually cry when I depart with a SUV after that long. I did not. Doug made my experience so easy and MORE exciting that I could not wait to call this SUV ("Brad"/commercial from Nationwide). Typical shady dealership with terrible customer service Starting 3 weeks from the date I purchased my used vehicle from Braeger, I had nothing but problems and extremely poor customer service. The dealershi Starting 3 weeks from the date I purchased my used vehicle from Braeger, I had nothing but problems and extremely poor customer service. The dealership failed to disclose the true mechanical condition of my vehicle prior to selling it to me and then I had to fight every step of the way for them to partially remedy the problems I was having. 3 months, at least 60 phone calls, a tow bill and rental car, a warranty claim, a new non corroded starter, several trips way out of my way to the dealarship, replaced dash lights, an entirely new exhaust system, close to $1,000 in repair bills before warranty coverage, and $325 in repairs out of my own pocket (for things that should have been found in their supposed 100 point inspection and disclosed to me but weren't) later... I'm left with a vehicle I don't trust, from a dealership that is the epitomy of a "do anything to make a sale and once it's sold screw you mentality." I will say, the man that sold me my vehicle was the worst, once he made the sale, 98% of the time he wouldn't return phone calls or text messages. He lied to me about speaking to his supervisor to get me help and strung me along for weeks letting me believe things were progressing when in actuality, he had never even spoken to her. I fought for weeks, months, for support and resolution for each issue I had, or the very least, returned phone calls. I finally moved up the ladder and had some support from upper management until the end, when they ultimately refused to acknowledge their negligence and reimburse me for repairs I should have never had to make within 3 months of buying the vehicle. They did reimburse me for my warranty deductible after I needed to have my vehicle towed and the corroded starter replaced just 3 weeks after my purchase, and a couple weeks after that they repaired the dash lights that weren't working, I'll give them that but again, I had to fight every step of the way. Dennis Carver and Scott Hansen were both very helpful after Doug Voigt decided he had better things to do than return my calls. Jamie Enders was professional and helpful as well despite being the one to ultimately tell me the dealership was refusing to reimburse me for having to replace the exhaust system on my own. Despite the seemingly positive actions of a couple individuals, I do not trust this dealership and I would NOT recommend them to anyone, especially for a used car, they are deceptive if necessary just to make a sale and get a vehicle off their lot. More

So impressed we bought Two New Cars that day. I was so impressed with the service I received from Matt & Jim that even though my wife and I had appointments to meet with 2 other dealerships we can I was so impressed with the service I received from Matt & Jim that even though my wife and I had appointments to meet with 2 other dealerships we cancelled those and bought two new cars. We were debating whether to get a new one now and a new one next year, but the experience was so great and the willingness for Jim, Michelle, & Matt to work with my wife in I was just too good to pass up. We got more than fair trade in values for my 2005 Pontiac Vibe which had almost 200,000 miles on it and my wife's 2002 intrigue which had over 160,000 miles. With the birth of my third child we needed a SUV and I needed a nice car for work. We ended up buying a 2015 Impala and a 2015 Traverse. The service has been amazing and the Service Team has been outstanding. Matt has been great and Jim has always gone above and beyond. I will be referring this team and dealership to all my friends. More
