Juan (our salesman) and Andrew (our finance guy) we’re just very personable and easy to talk with. They both made sure I was aware of the options and benefits available to me as a Braeger customer. Juan never made us feel pressured into buying anything which is something I really appreciated. When we made a decision on a vehicle, Andrew made sure we understood everything on the finance end, and did a great job of explaining things when we were unsure of something. On top of everything else, I had my family (wife and for children) in there with me when we went back to close the deal. Juan and Andrew were incredibly nice and friendly towards my family (my kids were getting pretty rowdy) and that always means a lot to me. It’ll be a few years before I’m ready for another vehicle, but when that time comes I’ll be back at Braeger without hesitation. When you go out of your way to treat my family with kindness and respect, you’re pretty much going to earn my loyalty. Hands down best vehicle purchase experience I’ve ever had! More
