Here is a short list of the issues when we took possession. 1. The vehicle was not prepared for delivery as we were told it would be. a. Carfax sticker and vehicle paperwork were still stuck on the windshield and windows. b. The old owners paperwork was left in the in glove box. insurance forms and registration. 2. The Service Bulletins were not checked as there was a Critical Safety Bulletin outstanding on the brakes 3. The Cargo Compartment Cover is missing. 4. Auto setting for the headlights does not work 5 It was apparent that the Jeep had not been cleaned from when we drove it two days previously. Again the people we worked with were great. The vehicle Prep was sorely lacking and disappointing especially with the safety issues.. More

When I called Braeger, I got the service department —not some person whose job is solely to schedule an appointment, and knows nothing about automotive services. When I brought in my car, I was received well, and my car was serviced in the specified time: oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection. The price was very reasonable too. I’m very satisfied, and will bring my Pontiac G6-GTP back for my future vehicle maintenance. For the other dealership who’ll remain nameless — cough, cough, John-Paul, cough, cough — they’ll never ever touch my car again. More
Good day spent at Braeger I really enjoyed my time at Braeger overall. All of the employees were very welcoming and friendly. My only complaint would have to be that I came back at 2:30 to finish up financing paperwork after I had my 11am appt to finish buying out my vehicle that I had been leasing. But when I got back at 2:30 they weren’t quite ready for me at all. I had to wait in the waiting area about an hour to finally be brought into the finance office. It just felt like i spent a majority of my Saturday at Braeger. More
