Honest place with great customer care They spent so much time making sure my brakes were safe, test drove the car, ran Computer scans, and explained it all to me after warning lights came They spent so much time making sure my brakes were safe, test drove the car, ran Computer scans, and explained it all to me after warning lights came on. We were informed that the Consultant had taken the vehicle to be detailed somewhere (other than the dealership) because the detail department was unavailable at that time.. It requires more extensive cleaning and possibly will need seat covers. Other than waiting around for a very long time to get to the finance department - the experience was good. We like the vehicle. Awesome new car purchase experience! Brian Good was absolutely amazing to work with. He worked to stay within my budget while also being sure I had the features most important to me. He understood I have an adult special needs son with significant anxiety which made my time very limited and added a bit more of a challenge. Brian was a rock star, very respectful of my son (and daughter who was also with me), exceeding our needs and having us feeling like we were sitting with a friend we had known forever. When it was time for paperwork, I asked Tyrell if we could do it at Brian's desk to limit the changes for my son. He was very happy to accommodate that request and brought everything to us which was awesome and made the experience even better. Brian was thorough with explaining the features to me of our new Highlander and has followed up with me and been super responsive to any questions I have had. From start to finish, I could not have asked for a better experience! More

Everyone we dealt with (Jamie Swearingen, Scot Kelm, Melissa Spence, and Thomas Carder) was knowledgeable and friendly. If they didn't have answers they investigated and quickly shared the information. Let's hope the service department is as good!
